The New Willard

According to Jay Stevens, over at Left in the West,  Obama sold 7,500 tickets for his rally in Missoula, MT by 11 AM this morning - the event was announced last night. That’s a lot of tickets sold in an incredibly short amount of time.

Why care? Well, Bill Clinton - who admittedly isn’t a candidate, but should still be able to bring in big crowds - only filled about a two thirds of the seats in Helena High School’s gym when he recently visited Helena.

Does this give any indication as to which candidate has a better chance of winning Montana? Not really, but it does provide an indication of who has a more energized base.
